Returns & Exchanges
Yes, you can check the parcel at the time of delivery, but you must select the "Open Parcel" option while placing your order and pay a non-refundable shipping fee of Rs. 300 in advance. Please note that you can only reject or return the parcel if the item arrives damaged; returns for a change of mind will not be entertained.
Due to hygiene and personal wear reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. An exchange will only be processed if the item arrives damaged, and a complete unboxing video (from sealed flyer to open product) is mandatory to claim it.
